Bruschetta is an easy appatizer to make. This paticular recipe requires balsamic. Balsamic gives the recipe an extra spice factor that make the overall taste extravagant.

Prep Time: 15 min


  1. 8 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
  2. 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
  3. 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  6. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  7. 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  9. 1 loaf French bread, toasted and sliced


    1. In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper. Serve on toasted bread slices.
