Hello, today I’ve decided to do something different. Today, I’m going to blog about pre workout snacks.
Here are some snacks that have helped me preform at my best!
- 6 oz of yougut
- a medium banana
- 2 mini beagles and a slice of string cheese
- a strawberry banana smoothie
- 10 mini pretzles and 1/2 cup of apple juice
These snacks give you the carbohydraytes and nutrience you need to preform at the level you need too.
